All products are handmade by artisans hence there will be slight irregularities or imperfections which adds to the beauty of handmade products. Such irregularities/imperfections cannot be termed as defects.

Incase of any damage found in the product when its received, an exchange will be initiated. If the product is out of stock or one of a kind, store credits will be raised against the refundable amount, provided the issue is raised within 7 days of receiving the package.

We will initiate a return pickup after the query has gone through and been found valid by our quality team.

Please ensure that the product is unused and in the same condition as purchased with its original packaging, tags, bills/invoices.
